PURE-LEES DELICACYâ„¢ is a mannoprotein preparation that positively impacts mouthfeel, aromas, and colloidal stability.- Coats tannins leading to smoother wines
- Wines appear to have greater fruit expression
- Although primarily recommended for red wines, can be used in phenolic white and rosé wines
- Preparation from a specific strain of enological yeast

Storage: Dated expiration. Store in a cool and dry environment at 25°C (75°F). Once opened keep tightly
sealed and dry.
