LALVIN ICV GREâ„¢ is suited to early released wines where upfront fruit expression and good mouthfeel are desired.

• White wines can have melon, apricot, citrus, and tropical fruit aromas with a rich mouthfeel
• Red wines display berry, spicy and floral aromas
• Reduced vegetal and undesirable sulfur off-odors
• Rapid onset of fermentation, low SO2 , volatile acidity, and foam production
• Saccharomyces cerevisiae cerevisiae strain
• Selected by the Institut Coopératif du Vin (ICV) in 1992 from the Cornas area of the Rhône Valley, France
