• Aromas produced include 2-phenylethanol (rose), phenylethyl acetate (fruity and floral), ß-ionone (raspberry), and acetate esters (fruity and candy)
• Wines display good structure and mouthfeel
• Can mask green characters (methoxypyrazines)
• Good fermenter, produces minimal SO2 , and very low levels of foam
• Blend of S. cerevisiae wine yeast strains
• Developed in collaboration with the Australian Wine Research Institute (AWRI), Australia
