� Aromas produced include 2-phenylethanol (rose), phenylethyl acetate (fruity and floral), �-ionone (raspberry), and acetate esters (fruity and candy)
� Wines display good structure and mouthfeel
� Can mask green characters (methoxypyrazines)
� Good fermenter, produces minimal SO2 , and very low levels of foam
� Blend of S. cerevisiae wine yeast strains
� Developed in collaboration with the Australian Wine Research Institute (AWRI), Australia
