Using a proprietary method and sourced from 36 month seasoned French oak, StaVin’s collection of liquid oak tannins includes the  Express, Nature (Toasted), and Pure (Untoasted) varieties, each tailored to meet specific winemaking needs. These tannins are water-soluble and designed to integrate seamlessly into alcoholic beverages, enhancing flavor profiles and overall quality with ease.

• Designed for fermentation, Pure (untoasted) and Nature (toasted) French oak used at 1-2L per ton of grapes our liquid tannins instantly deliver oak components responsible for improving mid palate structure, adding nostalgic aromas, and developing an extended finish.
• Express liquid oak tannin, rich in vanillin, is most effective as a finishing, or touch-up tool, allowing winemakers to adjust quality after fermentation and up to 24 hours prior to bottling.
