It contributes to delicate notes of red berries, especially currants and blackberries.

Its important capacity to produce glycerol allows winemakers to obtain high quality wines characterized by exceptional roundness, softness and texture.

Recommended for the production of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot. Excellent results also obtained with Zinfandel, Primitivo, Carmenere and Malbec.
