Usage
Dissolve SCOTT�TAN� ONYX in about ten times its weight of warm water 35�40�C (95�104�F) until fully dissolved. Add to wine gradually during a transfer or pump-over. Good mixing is important.

Storage
Dated expiration. Unopened the shelf-life is 4 years at 18�C (65�F). Once opened, keep tightly sealed and dry.
