Selected yeast for fruity international and modern red wines. Its varietal aromatic expression contributes to enhance the delicate notes of red berries, especially cranberries. 

Its important capacity to produce glycerol allows winemakers to obtain high quality wines, characterized by an exceptional roundness, softness and texture.

Recommended for Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Lambrusco and Montepulciano. Excellent results obtained in the fermentation of Zinfandel.
