• Red wines display ripe berry, plum, and mild spicy aromas with big mouthfeel
and stable color
• Temperature management is critical
• Saccharomyces cerevisiae cerevisiae strain
• Isolated by the Institut Coopératif du Vin (ICV) from a Rhône Valley Syrah
