DistilaMax® RM has been selected in the Caribbean Isles for use in the production of rum from fresh cane juice including Agricultural rum (rhum agricole)  and other cane juice-based spirits. It demonstrates a high temperature tolerance and works well from 26°C up to 36°C. DistilaMax RM provides a complex and very intense aromatic profile.
