Enoferm Syrah™ offers good mouthfeel and stable color extraction.

Tends to produce high levels of β-damascenone, which promotes violet and red fruit aromas.

Typical aromas include violets, raspberries, strawberries and black pepper which enhance and respect the varietal character.

This strain has a tendency to produce H2S under low YAN conditions hence rehydration with Go-Ferm Protect Evolution™ and thoughtful nutrition management is essential.

This strain that was isolated from the Côtes du Rhône region of France.
