This strain produces little volatile esters and enhances "varietal" terpenic aromas. It enhances light and elegant notes of citrus and fresh fruit.
Simphony Bollicine guarantees low production of volatile acidity, as well as minimum production of sulfur dioxide and acetaldehyde.
