Erbslöh pH-Senker (pH-reducer) is based on a balanced combination of citric acid and lactic acid. It aims to lower the pH-value of the mash and to suppress undesirable micro-organisms, thus avoiding yield losses and quality decreases in the distillate.
DOSAGE
1-3 L/hL of mash, depending on fruit acidity.
DIRECTIONS OF USE
pH-Senker can be added in portions without pre-dilution, directly when mashing in. Provide for thorough distribution by mixing well.
STORAGE
Store in a cool place. Reseal opened packages tightly.
