Provence style rosés
Vitilevure M83™ increases color stability in rosé as a result of its polysaccharide production. Produces round and balanced rosés with enhanced fresh fruit aromas.
M83 is particularly well adapted for rosé winemaking in warmer regions. It has good implantation, strong fermentation kinetics, and low volatile acidity and SO2 production.
This strain was selected by the Laboratoire Aubanelle in the Bandol appellation of Provence.
