Prior to Bottling (3�6 weeks) 5�10 g/hL

Usage
During transfer or racking add SCOTT�TAN� ESTATEinto the wine. Mix well to ensure homogeneity. Following organoleptic evaluations, 2�3 further additions can be made prior to racking. Additions should be made at least 6 weeks before bottling to allow for polymerization and settling.

Storage
Dated expiration. Unopened, the shelf-life is 5 years at 18�C (65�F). Once opened, keep tightly sealed and dry.
